Pricing

• All pricing includes printing/product charges only. All prices in this catalogue do not include taxes or shipping.
• Customization of products may incur setup and run charges.
• Terms: Net 30 Days. If no credit terms have been established full payment is required before order is processed. MasterCard and Visa accepted. No C.O.D. orders.

Artwork

• Preferably, artwork files should be supplied in vector format, created either with CorelDraw (up to version 13) or Illustrator (up to version CS4). All files must be saved in IBM format.
• Photoshop EPS, TIFF and JPEG files should be no less than 200% of required print size and 600 dpi.
• Rework or touch-up will incur an extra charge. We will contact customer for approval. If this artwork is needed, order may be delayed.
• When emailing artwork to art@imaginationcards.ca, please reference company name and PO number.

Imprinting

• Laser etching will incur a setup charge (different for each product), and may incur a run charge.
• Silk-screening will incur a setup, screen, and film charge.
• Embroidery files will be accepted, but will not be guaranteed for quality. Embroidery digitizing will incur a setup charge per 1K stitches.
• Pre-order samples will incur a charge.

Shipping

• If method of shipping is not specified we reserve the right to ship overnight to meet your IN-HAND date.
• Method: We will follow your shipping instructions, or if not specified, we will select a carrier at our discretion. We are not responsible for delays caused after goods leave our plant.

Miscellaneous

• All orders must be in writing. Errors resulting from hand written orders are the responsibility of the customer. Any changes or modifications to the order must be submitted in written form.
• All Order Confirmations and Product Proofs must be faxed back with signed authorization for the order to go into production. If you have not received confirmation of your order’s status please contact us directly within 24 hrs.
• Return Policy: Returns must be authorized. Please call us for a RA number.
• Catalogue Photography: Imprinted products appearing in this catalogue are for illustrative purpose only, without any intention to promote or misuse the trademarks or company names shown.
